Like so many other Reed Wire makers around the world, we tried to do some research regarding the quality and also the price
We found that several Reed Wire can not be used due to the quality problem.

| Some Reed Wire had a weak structure as it was made from stainless sheet and to get a certain width they do slitting process.
The picture on the right side showed that the weak structure had some kind of hole inside the wire, which will caused problem for high speed weaving.

Another kind of Reed Wire had a strong structure as it was made from round wire and trough some rolling process to get certain width and thickness.
The picture on the left side showed that the strong structure and good finishing had been achieved.
SKR is now using this kind of wire
